Belgium

A relaxed Corry is a happy Corry

Nick and I have found ourselves in a beautiful village just outside of Brussels in Belgium called Ottignies.  There is a huge lawn, a beautiful swimming pool, the buildings are all made of brick and look like they're straight out of a fairy tale.

We're taking a couple of days off from travel just to recollect ourselves, do some further planning and relax in general, and the beautiful surrounds, plus our generous hosts, are definitely helping restore our batteries.  Plus it feels like a world away from the vast cities we've walked through recently.

So a nice slow wake up, a delicious breakfast of freshly baked bread with spreads and coffee which could comfortably be described as rocket fuel, an opportunity to catch up on some washing.

Not really much more to say - Nick and I will probably go for a walk soon and take some photos of this charming village to share with all and sundry.

Next stops will be Brussels, Bruge, Gent and then off to Antwerp... I think...

Lots of love to you all!
